They were very responsive and communicated well, I opted for pick up and they made sure to be available at the time we preferred. Very happy with my purchase and my wedding guests loved them. Opening the package - beautifully wrapped with thoughtful extra personalised touches - and then smelling the scented oil was so uplifting!
