Do you ship internationally?

At the present time, we are only providing our products and service within Australia and to New Zealand only.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

Once payment has cleared, your order will be packed, and dispatched within 24-48 hours. (Monday - midday Saturday) All orders come with tracking information which will be emailed automatically to the email address provided when setting up your account.ย 

Shipping Costs?

We offer a standard mail service throughย AusPost, ALL our packages include tracking for peace of mind for our customer and our business.

Express Post is available at an additional cost.ย 

We also offer FREE postage for all orders over $149.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, by appointment only as we operate from our homeย inย Hurstville.ย NSW.
All orders must be paid for via our website prior to collection, as we do not accept cash on pick up. Once payment has cleared, we will contact you to inform you when your order is ready to be picked up, should you choose this option at check-out.

Estimated Delivery Times?

We pride ourselves to ensure we dispatch orders on the same day if submitted by 10am, Monday to Saturday.ย 

  • Australia: Approximately 2-8 business days
  • New Zealand: Please allow up to 8-14 business days

You will be sent a Tracking Number via email allowing you to track your package through the Australia Post website,ย www.auspost.com.au/track

Please note: Once the order has been lodged at AusPost, it is in the hands of the local Service Providerย
